One of my favorite things about running all these miles is coming home and logging my distance and pace in "the Jog Log," as I call it. The Jog Log is a spreadsheet of my running that I began in April when I decided I was going to give this whole marathon thing a go. As I've now accumulated a fair amount of data, I think its a good time to share. Data often tell a story and I think the following are self explanatory:
